Besides creating paper art and writing, I love to travel, try new restaurants and new wines. Friends and family are important to me. I, also, love meeting new people, especially other artists, writers, and animal lovers. I traveled to Puerto Rico this last summer and had the chance to use my Spanish a few times, though I have to admit, it's rough. Fortunately, the waiters and waitresses I tortured by using it were extremely patient and good-natured.
Three pups adopted us over the summer, bringing our canine count to six. The pups were actually abandoned in the woods, I presume left there to fend for themselves and survive or die. we were finally able to persuade them to leave their thicket of brush and follow us home. Over the last several months, we've gained their trust and they are turning out to be the sweetest dogs. Their names are Mary, Angel, and Joseph.
